This will be a 4 (four) piece tile block – this means that you will sew the design applique four times

Purchase and download designs and PDF instructions
SF 101 fusible stabilizer
Fusible fleece
½ - 1 yd white cotton for background ( more if you wish to make a runner) and for back of pillow
4 – 5” blocks of applique fabric, color of choice – the same color for four pieces of the block (again, more colors if you wish more blocks)
1/3 yd coordinating fabric for piping on the pillow edge
3/8” cording for piping
Embroidery tape
Sewing thread if your machine will convert to sewing mode
Pre-cuts: to help you prepare the fabric for class: Fuse the SF 101 stabilizer to the applique squares
Fuse the SF 101 stabilizer to the background fabric, then fuse the fusible fleece to the background fabric (you will have two layers of fleece/stabilizer on the background fabric).
Save the rest of the white fabric for the back of the pillow.

We will cover several different techniques; 3 thread and 2 thread flatlock,gathering, zipper insertion, piping, blindhem, attaching lace with a flatlock, lettuce edging, pintucks with and without a pintuck foot, and more.
